What We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and any account or organisation details you provide. When using the service, we store the images, logos, and other content you upload, along with the generated images produced for you.

Information Automatically Logged

We use Findbug, a self-hosted application monitoring and debugging service. In the event that CaddiePress throws an error, information regarding the error is recorded. All error data remains on our own servers — no data is transmitted to any third party.

Server logs are filtered for sensitive data and deleted after 7 days. Server logs do not contain client IP addresses that identify you.

Access to logs is only used in the case of debugging or security if needed.

Data Retention

We retain your account data and uploaded content for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, your data is deleted within 30 days. Generated images are stored for as long as your account remains active and are deleted alongside your account upon closure.

Security

We use SSL encryption to ensure privacy between you and us.

Third Parties

We do not share your data with any third party, nor do we ever sell your data.

Analytics

We use Tinylytics for visitor analytics. Tinylytics is GDPR-compliant, hosted in Europe, and does not collect or process any personally identifiable information (PII). No cookies are used for analytics, and individual visitors are not tracked.

Cookies

We use a cookie to keep you logged in. This cookie is deleted when you log out. We do not use this cookie for anything else.
