CaddiePress is a service provided Matthew Lang. As I am an independent developer and don't have a big budget to create a new company, CaddiePress will be operated by Matthew Lang until it becomes profitable and warrants the creation of a company. CaddiePress is a product owned by Matthew Lang.

CaddiePress provides engaging social media images for golf organisations. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

To access certain features of the Service, you may need to register for an account. CaddiePress provides a free account for limited use of the product, but a paid subscription charged annually will be released over the next few months.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

In no event will Matthew Lang, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
